1. Using This Site

• • You agree to use this website legally and responsibly.
• • Don't mess with our site, servers, or content.
• • Don't copy, steal, or repurpose our designs, photos, or content. Everything here is H2K property.

2. Orders

• • You must be 18+ to order.
• • Orders are only confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email.
• • All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
• • Payment must be made in full at checkout. If your payment doesn't clear, your order won't ship.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• • Shipping details and rates are listed on our Shipping page.
• • We do our best to ship fast, but we don't guarantee exact delivery times. Couriers can experience delays beyond our control.
• • Once your order is marked delivered by our courier, responsibility is on you. H2K is not liable for parcels stolen or lost after confirmed delivery.
• • Make sure your delivery address is correct — if you get it wrong, that's on you.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• • We don't do refunds. Period.
• • Exchanges and store credits are available within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
• • Sale items, discounted stock, and Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned.
• • If you get a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@hard2killapparel.com with your order number and photos.
• • Return shipping costs are on you. If we send you an exchange, we'll cover the shipping back to you.

5. Fraud & Security

• • We may request ID or additional details to verify large or suspicious orders.
• • If we suspect fraud, we can cancel or delay your order.

6. Risk & Responsibility

• • Once your order is shipped, risk passes to you.
• • Handle our gear with care — H2K isn't liable for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, or general wear and tear.

7. International Orders

• • International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes charged by their country.
• • If you refuse to pay these charges, your order may be returned and we'll refund you minus shipping and any fees we're hit with.

8. Liability

• • H2K provides no guarantees that the website will always be error-free or available 24/7.
• • Our liability is capped at the purchase price of your order. We're not responsible for indirect losses (e.g. missed events because your tee didn't arrive on time).

9. Variations

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Australian law, and disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
