Returns & Exchanges

At Hard2Kill Apparel, every drop is limited and premium. Because of this, we don't offer refunds — but we've got you covered if you need a different size or style.

Our Policy

  • • You can exchange any full-priced item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no stains, marks, or smells.

If your request meets these conditions, we can offer:

An Exchange – swap for a different size or style.
A Store Credit – equal to the value of the returned item (excl. shipping, duties, or taxes). Store credits don't expire.

Discounted items and sale stock are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

What We Don't Do

  • No refunds (unless your item arrives faulty or incorrect).
  • No returns on underwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • No coverage for items damaged through misuse, abnormal wear, or incorrect washing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or something faulty, email us at info@hard2killapparel.com with your order number, photos, and details. We'll sort it fast.

Shipping Back to Us

  • Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • • If we can process your exchange, we will cover the shipping back to you.
